Additionally, the program hosts an impartial repository for capital markets-related work drafted by scholars, legal practitioners, market participants, regulators, and news reporters. The program has assembled materials relating to high-frequency trading and to JOBS Act policy and implementation issues dating from 2008 to 2014.
