The workshop will feature Pete Kyle, Charles E. Smith Chair Professor of Finance, University of Maryland, and Bruce Kraus, who was until recently Counsel to the Director of the Division of Risk, Strategy, and Financial Innovation.  Pete and Bruce played principal roles in drafting a recent SEC study of the matter.
