The Workshop will feature Andrei Kirilenko, Chief Economist for the Commodity Futures Trading Association. Andrei will talk about the Market Break of May 6, 2010, and the conclusions of the joint CFTC/SEC study of the event. He worked on the study and has written a paper on the subject jointly with Pete Kyle, among others.
