This Workshop will be led by Jeffrey Gordon, Professor of Law at Columbia Law School and Co-Director of the Columbia Law School and Business School Richman Center for Business, Law & Public Policy.  Brian Reid, Chief Economist of the Investment Company Institute, will serve as a lead commentator.
