Mr. Chung is a Partner at Decura LLP, a UK asset management company, and a Principal at Baltra Capital LLC. Mr. Chung was previously General Counsel and Group Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank. Prior to joining UBS, he spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs in a number of roles in both New York and Asia, including legal counsel, head of cross asset class structuring for non-Japan Asia, and head of derivative prime brokerage and derivative clearing strategies. Previously, Mr. Chung had practice law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meager and Flom LLP.
