Pamela L. Marcogliese focuses on corporate transactions and corporate governance matters.
She has extensive experience in initial public offerings and other capital-raising transactions. She has played a crucial role in a number of high-profile capital markets transactions over the past few years, including Pinterest’s 2019 IPO.
Pamela also provides board room and management advice on activism, shareholder engagement, and other strategic issues, including cybersecurity, proxy contests, shareholder proposals and ESG. In 2019, Pamela was one of four lawyers ranked by the Legal 500 for Corporate Governance.
