Professor Amihud teaches Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Restructuring Firms and Industries at New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. His research interests include market microstructure of securities markets and corporate finance. He has worked as a consultant for several prominent securities markets, including the NYSE, AMEX, CBOE, and CBOT. He has published more than 70 research articles in professional journals and in books, and he edited and co-edited five books on topics such as LBOs, bank M&As, international finance, and securities market design.
